Our Mission
Inspired by our namesake, Governor Rose Mofford, The Rose Society is a community of women brought together by a shared passion for our work in and around all levels of Arizona government. We aim to build a community that spans career levels and sectors and provides support to women through mentorship, shared experiences and genuine connections.

What We Do
Community Connections
Our focus on community connections is derived from our vision of establishing genuine professional relationships. We aim to close the networking loop for women across the industry by harnessing each other's knowledge and connecting individuals through social events.
Career
Development
In addition to building community connections, The Rose Society aims to be a career development resource for women. The career development branch of our organization is focused on spanning experience levels to share wisdom and advice through mentorship and professional programming.
